You may initiate self-exclusion through the in-account Self-Exclusion feature or by contacting Nbajee Customer Support. Provide the registered email and the preferred exclusion period, and confirm your decision to suspend gambling activity for the chosen term.
If no period is specified, Nbajee will apply a default exclusion of 6 months.
Linked accounts may include those held in the same household, on shared devices, using the same email address or payment methods, or operating within shared environments such as universities, libraries, or workplaces. Nbajee will apply exclusion across such linked accounts where identified.
At the end of the chosen period, the excluded status terminates and access to Nbajee resumes automatically unless a new exclusion is requested. Exclusions may be extended by submitting a request to Nbajee Customer Support for additional periods. Extensions may cover one or more further periods beyond the initial term.
Self-exclusion is a concrete tool to assist with gambling management, but it is not a substitute for personal resolve. Nbajee supports responsible gambling practices and can provide information on additional resources. Users should refrain from attempting to circumvent exclusion measures, and Nbajee may implement measures to detect or prevent circumvention.

Nbajee processes all self-exclusion requests in accordance with applicable data-protection and licensing requirements. Age verification and Know-Your-Customer procedures continue to apply to ensure regulatory compliance and to prevent underage activity.
