1. Introduction
These Betting Rules govern Nbajee's sportsbook platform. By placing a bet through Nbajee, the End User acknowledges reading, understanding and agreeing to be bound by these Rules at all times applicable to the sportsbook service. The Rules comprise general provisions, sport related provisions, esports related provisions, and related terms governing specific bet types and markets. The Operator conducts activities in accordance with the licensing and regulatory requirements of the relevant jurisdiction and supervising authority. Nbajee reserves the right to modify the site, betting limits, payout limits and available offerings without prior notice. These Rules may be updated, amended or supplemented at any time. References to singular or plural forms and gender are for information purposes only. The objective is fair processing and settlement of bets in accordance with these terms.
2. Definitions
- Sportsbook means the Nbajee online platform and all connected components, including source code, object code, technologies, software, tools and other material necessary for provision of sportsbook services.
- End User means an individual who uses the sportsbook services via Nbajee and who has agreed to these Betting Rules.
- Bet means a risk-based agreement concluded between the End User and the Operator on the outcome of an Event, Market or set of Markets, involving the placement of a Stake by the End User, producing Winnings if the predicted outcome is correct, or a loss of the Stake; the Operator’s decision on Bet validity is governed by these Rules.
- Stake means the amount paid by the End User to Nbajee via the sportsbook platform, which conditions participation in a Bet.
- Outcome means the result of an Event or Market on which a Stake was placed.
- Market means an in-play or pre-play Event offering multiple outcomes on which a Stake may be placed.
- Event means a sport, esports, virtual sport, political, entertainment or other real-time event offered with Odds by Nbajee.
- Odds means the numeric coefficient assigned by Nbajee to a specified outcome.
- Winnings means the amount payable to the End User upon a correct prediction of the Outcome or Market.
- Operator means the legal entity operating Nbajee’s sportsbook activities in accordance with applicable licensing and law.
3. General Rules
- 3.1 Eligibility: no person under the applicable gambling age or otherwise prohibited by law may open an End User account or place a Bet. End Users must comply with local law and be entitled to participate in online gambling where they reside.
- 3.2 Language: in the event of any inconsistency between language versions, the English version governs.
- 3.3 Bets once accepted cannot be reversed. Nbajee is not responsible for any missing or duplicate Stakes and will not review requests to alter Stakes after acceptance.
- 3.4 End User transactions may be reviewed via the Nbajee account interface under the section My Bets to verify acceptance and status of Bets placed.
- 3.5 Editorial and statistical content published by Nbajee is for information and entertainment only and does not constitute a basis for decision making. The End User remains responsible for awareness of event circumstances.
- 3.6 Prohibition on automated systems: the use of automated scanners, bots or other automated tools on the sportsbook is forbidden. Nbajee may cancel any Bet placed using such systems.
- 3.7 Prohibition on multiple or third-party accounts: use of more than one account or accounts operated by a third party is prohibited. Bets placed in contravention are void.
- 3.8 Availability of Events and Markets may vary by jurisdiction and are subject to applicable law.
- 3.9 Nbajee uses reputable data sources for determining bet outcomes. Data sources not disclosed in these Rules may be disclosed to End Users upon request.
- 3.10 Hierarchy of Rules: Market Rules take precedence over Sport Rules, which take precedence over General Rules. Absent any Market Rules or Sport Rules, General Rules apply.
- 3.11 An “X” in a market or odds description indicates a numeric value defined in the Nbajee offering.
4. Placing a Stake and Making a Bet
- 4.1 All Stakes and Bets are subject to these Betting Rules and applicable law.
- 4.2 For any Bet to be valid, it must be expressly confirmed as accepted by the corresponding confirmation in the betslip.
- 4.3 Nbajee reserves full discretion to accept or reject any Bet at any time.
- 4.4 Bet Types
- 4.4.1 Single: a Bet on a single Outcome of an Event; payout equals Stake multiplied by the Odds.
- 4.4.2 Combo: a Bet on multiple independent Outcomes; all selections must win; payout equals Stake multiplied by total Odds.
- 4.4.3 System: a set of multiple Combo Bets derived from a fixed selection; the stake applies to each component; payout equals Stake multiplied by the overall winning combinations’ Odds.
- 4.4.4 Trixie: three bets derived from three Events consisting of one treble and two doubles; payout equals Stake multiplied by total Odds.
- 4.4.5 Patent: a combination including treble, doubles and singles; payout equals Stake multiplied by total Odds.
- 4.4.6 Yankee: fourfold, trebles and doubles across four Events; payout equals Stake multiplied by total Odds.
- 4.4.7 Canadian (Super Yankee): a fivefold plus multiple additional combinations across five Events; payout equals Stake multiplied by total Odds.
- 4.4.8 Heinz: sixfold plus an extended set across six Events; payout equals Stake multiplied by total Odds.
- 4.4.9 Super Heinz: sevenfold with an expanded series across seven Events; payout equals Stake multiplied by total Odds.
- 4.4.10 Goliath: eightfold with an expanded multi-bet structure across eight Events; payout equals Stake multiplied by total Odds.
- 4.4.11 If odds contain more than two decimal places, the payout will be rounded to the second decimal place.
- 4.4.12 Cash Out: a feature enabling the End User to settle a Bet early under revised conditions, available for pre-match and live betting. Nbajee may modify, suspend or withdraw this feature without prior notice.
- 4.4.13 Bet Builder: a Bet on multiple Markets within the same Event; all selections must be correct to win; may be included in Combo or System Bets and is subject to the Sportsbook’s discretion and availability.
- 4.4.14 Early Payout: a discretionary feature allowing settlement as a winner upon predefined conditions specified with the Bet offer, subject to the conditions described in the Early Payout terms and tag.
- 4.5 Market Types
- 4.5.1 Match (1X2): bet on Home win, Draw or Away win.
- 4.5.2 Correct Score: bet on the exact final score.
- 4.5.3 Over/Under: bet on total occurrences exceeding or not exceeding a line; if the total equals the line, the Bet is void.
- 4.5.4 Odd/Even: bet on an outcome being an odd or even number.
- 4.5.5 Head-to-Head / Triple-Head: bets on direct matchups between two or three participants.
- 4.5.6 Half Time / Full Time: bet on results at half-time and full-time; void if match format diverges from standard.
- 4.5.7 Period Betting: bet on the result of individual periods within a match.
- 4.5.8 Draw No Bet: bet on a team to win; stake returned if the match ends in a draw.
- 4.5.9 Handicap: bets incorporating a virtual advantage or deficit applied to one side.
- 4.5.10 Asian Handicap: stake split across two handicap lines; partial win or loss may apply depending on result.
- 4.5.11 Double Chance: bet on two possible outcomes simultaneously (1X, 12, X2).
- 4.5.12 Outright / Place: bets on final placement or tournament victory.
- 4.5.13 Quarter / Half / Period X: bets on outcomes within specific game segments.
- 4.5.14 Result at End of Quarter / Half / Period X: aggregates results up to the end of the specified segment.
- 4.5.15 Race to X Points or Goals: bets on which side reaches a target first; bets void if the condition is not met.
- 4.5.16 Winner of Point X / Scorer of Goal X: bets on which team scores or leads at a specified milestone.
- 4.6 Settlement and Corrections: Nbajee determines payouts based on the terms of the Bet offer and the official result. If an error in settlement occurs due to technical or human factors, Nbajee reserves the right to correct the settlement in accordance with these Rules. Rounding, settlement timelines and void terms apply as described in the bet offer.
- 4.7 Jurisdictional Variations: the available Events, Markets and Bet types may vary by jurisdiction and are subject to applicable law and regulatory requirements.
5. Changes to the Rules
- 5.1 Nbajee reserves the right to update, amend or supplement these Betting Rules at any time and in its sole discretion.
- 5.2 Updates may take effect immediately or on a defined effective date; Nbajee may provide notice where practicable, but changes may occur without prior notice.
- 5.3 The English version prevails in the event of any inconsistency among language versions.
6. Disputes, Governing Law and Language
- 6.1 Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Rules shall be resolved in accordance with the governing law and regulatory framework applicable to Nbajee's operations in the relevant jurisdiction.
- 6.2 The authoritative language for interpretation is English, and any translations are provided for convenience only.
- 6.3 For all purposes related to bet outcomes and settlements, Nbajee relies on the data sources disclosed in these Rules or provided in the Bet offer; discrepancies are resolved in accordance with these Rules.
