Nbajee shall hold Account holder funds in client accounts with a Financial Institution approved by the regulator. Such funds shall be kept separate from Nbajee’s own funds and shall not accrue interest for the Account Holder.

A Time-Out blocks deposits, withdrawals, and play for the selected period and can be revoked after 24 hours. Self-exclusion is initiated by written request to Nbajee; periods are set as part of the program and cannot be varied. Nbajee may require a cooling-off period and will implement available self-exclusion options in accordance with internal procedures.
